Commander Chris O’Connor, Logistics Warfare Chair and Futures Group Coordinator, Naval Warfare Studies Institute at NPS, will give a talk entitled: The Revitalization of NATO: Deter and Defend.

Commander O’Connor’s previous tour was with NATO Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), where he was the lead on the Allied Reaction Force and did extensive work on strategic planning and force design.

The talk will focus on his insights from his time at SHAPE and thoughts on the future of the NATO alliance.
