Graduates earning “with Highest Distinction” honors by completing the JPME program in the top five percent of their class are Army Majors Timothy D. Donohue, Casey L. Miller, and Gilbert H. Pearsall and Army Cpt. Matthew A. Snyder.
Graduates earning “with Distinction” honors by completing the JPME program in the top 15 percent of their class are Army Majors Kevin M. Bernhardt, David K. Burris, Travis D. Clemens, Nolan Johnson, Frank R. Kirbyson, Nicholas R. Lazzararevich, Eric S. Mann, Erik A. Rastello, and Wesley A. Wiblin; Army Cpt. Nathan A. Larsen; Marine Corps Maj. Patrick A. McElroy; Navy Lt. Cmdr. Greg Bischoff and Lt. Jason R. Carminati.

Through the NPS-NWC partnership, a total of 5,452 officers have earned their Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I certification since the program’s inception in September 1999.
