Chiaki S. Gayle
Executive Assistant to The Provost
 

Chiaki S. Gayle is the Executive Assistant to the Provost, has been at NPS for over 16 years. She has previously held positions at the MOVES Institute, Naval War College Monterey, the Operations Research Department, the Office of the Dean of Research and most recently, with the Business Support Unit providing administrative support to the Systems Engineering Department.

She is originally from Tokyo, Japan and came to the United States as an exchange student for a year to attend high school in Oklahoma. She attended Tokyo Metropolitan college to study the International Cultural Studies and she also loves traveling the world to explore and learn about different cultures.
